Jessica sends us this note:
Service Day at Casa of FMS was a joyful time spent mowing (see Bob in photo), weeding (Barbara, Pat, Anne-Marie, Harold, & me), planting 💐 (Anne-Marie), & checking electronics (Harold) for use/discard, alongside the young missioners. My only regret was not capturing each of the Secular Franciscans at work or in conversation with FMS residents. They were very grateful for our help & wanted to know how we arrived at becoming Franciscans. These were very nice exchanges in which we also asked about their journeys to FMS. It was a lovely day overall. I, for one, am glad that I responded “Yes.”
